How do I modify or cancel my booking?
Log into your account using your booking reference and email. Click “Manage Booking” to modify dates, times, or cancel. Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before your visit. For assistance, contact our support team.
When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets are sent immediately after payment confirmation to your email address. Check your spam folder if not received within 5 minutes. Mobile tickets are accepted – simply show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Payment is processed in EUR with automatic currency conversion available.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 10+ people receive 15% discount, and groups of 20+ receive 20% discount. Contact our group booking team for customized packages including private guides, transportation, and lunch options.
What if it rains on my visit day?
Pompeii remains open in all weather conditions except severe storms. We recommend bringing an umbrella and waterproof shoes. If you prefer to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your visit for a free date change.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Full refunds available for cancellations made 24+ hours before your visit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. Contact support for exceptional circumstances like medical emergencies.
